― Purpose of Processing Personal Information ―
 
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
Dongwoo Electric processes personal information for the following purposes. 
The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and in the case of a change in purpose, 
necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Complaint Handling
    Personal information is processed for the purposes of identifying the identity of the complainant, confirming the complaint details, 
    contacting and notifying for fact-finding, and informing about the results of processing.
 
2. Statistical Analysis
     Personal information is processed to conduct statistical analysis for the improvement and enhancement of the website, 
     thereby providing better services to users and facilitating smooth communication with them.
 
 
―Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information ―
 
Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① Dongwoo Electric processes and retains personal information within the retention and usage period stipulated by laws or the period agreed upon 
when collecting personal information from the data subject.

② The retention and processing periods for each type of personal information are as follows:

Website Membership Registration and Management: From the start of the membership registration service until the center is closed; however, 
in the following cases, until the end of the respective cause:  
1) If an investigation is ongoing due to violations of relevant laws, until the conclusion of such investigation.  
2) If there are outstanding claims or debts arising from website use, until the settlement of such claims or debts.   
2. Provision of Goods or Services: Until the completion of the supply of goods/services and the settlement of payment; however, 
in the following cases, until the end of the respective period:

1.Records related to transactions such as labeling, advertising, contract contents, and implementation in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:  
- Records related to advertisements: 6 months  
- Records of contracts, withdrawal of applications, payments, and supply of goods: 5 years  
- Records of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years  
Retention of communication confirmation materials in accordance with Article 41 of the Communication Privacy Protection Act:

-Subscriber telecommunication date and time, start and end time, counterpart subscriber number, number of uses, and location tracking materials of the sender's base station: 1 year
-Computer communication, internet log records, access tracking materials: 3 months

3.Retention of identification information in accordance with Article 29 of the Enforcement Regulation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and 
Information Protection: 6 months after the information posted on the bulletin board ends.
 
3.[Personal Information Processing Tasks]: Until the center is closed.
 
 
― Rights, Obligations, and Methods of Exercise for Data Subjects ―
 
Article 3 (Rights, Obligations, and Methods of Exercise for Data Subjects)
① Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to the protection of personal information with Dongwoo Electric at any time:  
   1. Request for access to personal information  
   2. Request for correction of errors  
   3. Request for deletion  
   4. Request for suspension of processing
 
②  The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 can be made in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with the form prescribed in Article 8 of the Enforcement Rules of
 the Personal Information Protection Act, and Dongwoo Electric will take action without delay.
 
③  If the data subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, Dongwoo Electric will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the 
correction or deletion is completed.

④ The rights under paragraph 1 can also be exercised through an agent, such as a legal representative or a person authorized by the data subject. In this case, 
a power of attorney according to the form specified in Article 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
 
 
― Categories of Personal Information Processed ―
 
Article 4 (Categories of Personal Information Processed) Dongwoo Electric processes the following categories of personal information:

1. Membership Registration and Management (when membership services are provided later):  
   ·Required fields: Name, date of birth, ID, password, address, phone number, email address, mobile phone number  
 
2. During the use of internet services, the following personal information may be automatically generated and collected:  
    ·IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, visit records, records of bad users, etc.
 
 
― Destruction of Personal Information ―
 
Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)  
① Dongwoo Electric will without delay destroy personal information that is no longer necessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the attainment of the purpose.
 
②If the retention period of personal information collected with the consent of the data subject has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, 
but the personal information must still be retained under other laws, the relevant personal information will be moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
 
③  The procedures and methods for the destruction of personal information are as follows:  
1. Destruction Procedure  
Dongwoo Electric selects personal information for destruction and obtains the approval of the personal information protection officer to destroy the personal information.  
2. Destruction Method  
Dongwoo Electric will destroy personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format in such a way that the records cannot be restored, 
and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents will be shredded.

Article 6 (Measures for Ensuring Security of Personal Information)  
Dongwoo Electric takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:  
1. Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.  
2. Technical Measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of 
unique identification information, and operation of security program installations.  
Physical Measures: Access control to computer rooms and data storage rooms.
